Role Summary
Own operational performance across all divisions, including rental, events, and associated functions.
Lead and develop operational teams, establish scalable processes and controls, and translate the Managing Director's strategy into daily execution.
Act as the Managing Director's primary operational delegate.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and monitor KPIs, service standards, and delivery targets across the business.
- Manage day-to-day operations as the Managing Director's deputy.
- Lead divisional and functional heads across rental, events, logistics, warehouse, and support functions.
- Design and continuously improve operational processes, systems, and controls.
- Own resource planning and capacity management across divisions.
- Lead annual CAPEX planning and evaluate asset investment proposals.
- Prioritize fleet and equipment acquisitions in line with demand and growth plans.
- Own fleet reliability and asset performance.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs and track equipment uptime and utilization.
- Drive improvement in fleet availability and lifecycle management.
- Work with Finance to monitor CAPEX spending and assess asset investment returns.
