About the Role
Sharp Minds is hiring a Head of Network to own the supply side of their consulting talent platform. You will manage a network of 900+ former MBB consultants, drive network strategy, events, and community, and support matching.

Responsibilities
- Define network strategy: decide which talent to focus on, how to recruit, and how to leverage the 900+ consultant network
- Own events and community: run monthly Dubai events and twice monthly training sessions
- Support matching: name the right consultants in real time for 5 10 engagements per week
- Recruit and onboard new consultants from MBB alumni networks, LinkedIn, referrals, and events
- Manage retention and engagement: actively manage relationships across the network
Requirements
- 4+ years at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or Tier 1 strategy firm
- Strong relationship instinct and ability to build networks
- Experience as an independent consultant preferred
- High bar on quality
- Sharp communicator with clean writing and confident in person
- Resourceful with ambiguity

The Opportunity
- Own the supply side of Sharp Minds, a consulting talent platform placing former MBB consultants and Senior Advisors.
- Role exists to make the network the strongest bench in the region for 48 hour placements.
About Sharp Minds
- Places former MBB and Tier 1 consultants on high impact projects across the Middle East.
- Staffed 250+ roles and built a network of 900+ consultants.
- New platform and website in development.
What You'll Own
- Network strategy: decide which talent to focus on, how to recruit, and how to leverage the 900+.
- Events & community: run monthly Dubai events and twice monthly training sessions.
- Matching support: name the right consultants in real time for 5 10 engagements per week.
- Recruiting & onboarding: proactively source and vet new consultants.
- Retention & engagement: actively manage relationships across the network.
