The Opportunity
Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for Queen Elizabeth’s School, to elevate brand prestige, drive high-quality enrolment enquiries, and nurture a thriving and engaged school community.
Oversee integrated campaigns spanning digital, out-of-home, partnerships, and signature events, ensuring every initiative reflects the excellence and heritage of the QE brand.
Leverage data-driven insight and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance creativity, efficiency, and performance measurement.
All communications must embody the values of Queen Elizabeth’s Global Schools and remain fully compliant with school regulations and safeguarding standards.
Key outcomes
- Admissions aligned‐ to the growth of the organisation with qualified enquiries that create clear conversion plans by stage.
- Measurable efficiency gains through artificial ‐intelligence ‐enabled workflows (content, personalisation, summarising, asset tagging, reporting).
- High ‐impact out-‐of-‐home campaigns across roadside large format‐, transit/metro, malls, street furniture, and digital out-‐of-‐home networks, with post-‐campaign audits and brand ‐lift/footfall analysis.
- A clear product marketing story—positioning, proof points, and go-‐to-‐market plans for all academic and extra-curricular activities.
- A collaborative, high performing‐ team culture with strong vendor and agency management.
The Role
Strategy and Planning
- Design and deliver a comprehensive, insight-driven marketing strategy and budget that advances the prestige and visibility of Queen Elizabeth’s Global Schools.
- Lead integrated planning across digital, out-of-home, partnerships, and experiential platforms.
- Set clear objectives, channel priorities, and performance measures aligned with enrolment and reputation goals.
- Commission rigorous market and competitor intelligence to inform positioning, media mix, and creative direction.
Brand Leadership
- Champion and protect the Queen Elizabeth’s brand identity, ensuring all communications embody the school’s heritage and mission to nurture confident, able, and responsible young people.
- Oversee tone of voice, visual identity, and brand experience across all channels.
- Enforce brand guidelines and uphold consistency with institutional values and standards.
Digital Marketing
- Drive excellence across all digital marketing disciplines including SEO, paid media, programmatic, email marketing, and customer journey design.
- Oversee website performance, analytics, and conversion optimisation to ensure exceptional user experience and measurable impact.
- Collaborate with the social media team to integrate paid and organic activity. Maintain rigorous tagging, attribution, and reporting frameworks
Artificial Intelligence Integration
- Embed the strategic use of AI to enhance creative development, content precision, community engagement, and analytical insight.
- Implement vetted tools that uphold school’s safeguarding and compliance standards.
- Define prompt and policy frameworks with human-in-the-loop oversight to ensure quality and accountability.
Out-Of-Home Campaigns At Scale
- Plan and deliver high-impact, multichannel out-of-home campaigns across premium placements including large-format billboards, metro, transit, malls, and digital screens.
- Oversee site selection, permitting, creative quality, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Ensure every execution reflects the refinement and prestige of the QE brand.
Product Marketing
- Define compelling value propositions across programmes and key stages. Shape messaging, pricing, and promotional frameworks that resonate with discerning families.
- Develop content, landing pages, and evidence-based narratives showcasing outcomes and achievements to drive admissions.
Partnerships and Collaborations
- Forge strategic partnerships that enhance the school’s visibility and influence within India and beyond.
- Cultivate alliances across education, sport, and community sectors.
- Co-create initiatives and joint campaigns that amplify reach and reinforce the QE legacy.
Events Oversight
- Oversee exceptional events including open days, exhibitions, performances, and community gatherings.
- Manage objectives, budgets, supplier coordination, guest experience, and evaluation.
- Ensure every event reflects the elegance, hospitality, and excellence of the QE brand.
Compliance, Safeguarding, and Governance
- Ensure all marketing activities meet QE safeguarding expectations.
- Maintain transparent approval processes, data protection standards, and consent records.
- Uphold the integrity, accuracy, and ethics of all marketing output.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary marketing team.
- Manage agency relationships, scopes, and service levels effectively.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional excellence across all marketing functions.
The Person
- Master’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (required).
- Substantial senior ‐level marketing experience (8+ years total; 3+ years in leadership), with results in ‐K–12 education, the wider education industry, or luxury brands.
- Demonstrated depth in digital marketing; proven implementation of artificial ‐intelligence tools in marketing workflows; and delivery of large‐scale out-‐of-‐home campaigns.
- Strong product marketing acumen and cross functional‐ influence with Admissions and Academics.
- People leadership: hiring, coaching, goal setting, and performance management; vendor/agency oversight.
- Based in India; strong understanding of the local education and regulatory context (including safeguarding).
