About the Role

  • We are hiring a Head of Marketing to lead our India and Bangladesh business, reporting directly to the Global CMO. This is a leadership role with full ownership of marketing performance, customer acquisition, retention, brand growth, and market expansion across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own marketing performance, acquisition targets, ROI, and growth objectives across India and Bangladesh
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend across channels to maximize return
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics including CAC, FTD, ROAS, ARPU, retention, and LTV
  • Lead customer acquisition across paid media, affiliates, influencer partnerships, CRM, and emerging channels
  • Drive continuous testing and optimization of acquisition strategies
  • Develop scalable frameworks for growth across multiple brands and customer segments
  • Work closely with product and analytics teams to improve conversion rates throughout the customer journey
  • Lead brand strategy and positioning across multiple brands
  • Build compelling brand narratives that resonate with Indian and Bangladeshi audiences
  • Develop integrated campaigns that balance performance marketing with long term brand equity
  • Create strong storytelling frameworks across digital, social, influencer, PR, and content channels

Essential Requirements

  • 6 8+ years of marketing experience with significant exposure to iGaming, Online Gaming, or other Real Money Gaming businesses
  • Strong understanding of the Indian consumer market
  • Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously
  • Proven success in both performance marketing and brand building initiatives
  • Experience developing customer acquisition and retention strategies at scale
  • Strong commercial acumen with ownership of budgets, ROI, and growth targets
  • Experience leading teams of 15+ people
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Willingness to relocate to or work from Dubai

Preferred Requirements

  • Indian national preferred
  • Experience across both India and Bangladesh markets
  • Exposure to affiliate marketing, influencer ecosystems, and digital partnerships
  • Experience working in high growth consumer internet businesses
  • Understanding of payment ecosystems and customer behaviour within gaming markets
