Responsibilities
- Own funnel fundamentals and capture: add exit intent popups, turn Notion resources into tracked web pages, ensure email capture flows into Kit
- Own data and lifecycle plumbing: manage flow of customer and lead data into Kit for nurture, upsell, and cross sell
- Manage agencies directly: Ads Agency (Meta and Google), Email Agency, LinkedIn Agency
- Own paid acquisition performance and direction while agencies run accounts
- Drive SEO improvements and content quality: proof blogs and LinkedIn pieces before publication
- Monitor brand mentions and sentiment via BrandMentions and feed insights back into strategy
- Consolidate agency and internal data into one trusted marketing report and use it to drive growth strategy
Requirements
- Have owned a full marketing function before (Head of Marketing or similar), not just a single channel
- Have personally done the work: copy, light Framer/CMS edits, popups, tracking, email capture
- Managed Meta and Google ad spend at around $40k per month and can hold an agency to performance
- Fluent with SEO and analytics tools (Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or equivalent)
- Ruthless attention to detail and proofreading; brand accuracy is non negotiable
- Able to work BST aligned hours and commit to an exclusive engagement
- B2B SaaS experience, ideally outbound/cold email/sales tools (nice to have)
- Experience with founder led brands where the founder is visible and hands on (nice to have)

Why This Role Exists
- Marketing currently runs through an agency; founders become bottleneck.
- Need an operator to own the entire function, fix fundamentals, manage agencies, and remove founders from critical path.
What You Will Own
- Funnel fundamentals and capture: exit intent popups, Notion resources to web pages, email capture into Kit.
- Data and lifecycle plumbing: flow of customer and lead data into Kit for nurture, upsell, cross sell.
- Agency orchestration: manage Ads, Email, and LinkedIn agencies directly.
- Paid acquisition ownership: own performance and direction of Meta and Google spend.
- SEO and content quality: drive SEO improvements, proof all content before publication.
- Brand monitoring and sentiment: monitor via BrandMentions and feed insights back.
- Reporting and growth strategy: consolidate data into one report and drive growth strategy.
Must Have Experience

Compensation & Setup
- Full time sole contractor, exclusive (no other clients or employment).
- Compensation: $120,000 USD / year.
- Remote: UK, Canada, UAE, or Eastern Europe. Not eligible for US based candidates.
- Working hours: Core collaboration in BST, within 2 hours either side.
