About the Role
A fast-growing multinational packaging manufacturer seeks a Head of Manufacturing to lead multi-site operations and digital transformation. The role requires 25+ years in manufacturing, with 10+ in senior leadership, and expertise in rigid plastic packaging and lean/Six Sigma.

Responsibilities
- Own full P&L accountability for all production operations across multiple UAE sites
- Champion lean transformation, driving OEE gains, waste elimination, and consistent process standards
- Spearhead SAP integration and real time digital manufacturing adoption across shop floor operations
- Ensure full compliance with FSSC, ISO, safety, and customer quality standards
- Oversee engineering, maintenance, and capex delivery, including capacity expansion and layout changes
- Identify and develop the next tier of operational leaders
Requirements
- 25+ years in manufacturing, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role
- Background in rigid plastic packaging manufacturing (ISBM, two stage, EBM, or IM processes)
- Lean/Six Sigma expertise Black Belt preferred
- Proven SAP manufacturing digitisation experience
- Demonstrated multi site operations leadership
