About the Role
ZUPERCT INTERNATIONAL LIMITED seeks a founding Head of Liquidity Management & Trading Risk Control to build and own the liquidity connectivity and risk framework for a new CFD broker in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations and relationship management with Tier 1/2 LPs (e.g., Finalto, IS Prime, FXCM Pro), optimizing spreads, slippage, and market depth parameters
- Oversee configuration and optimization of MT4/MT5 bridge systems (PrimeXM, OneZero, FXCM Bridge), including liquidity routing strategy management
- Real time monitoring of liquidity levels, quote quality, and DOM; rapid response to anomalies
- Design and manage multi LP aggregation solutions with failover and emergency switching mechanisms
- Track market developments across key Middle Eastern financial assets (FX, commodities, index CFDs, crypto CFDs)
- Establish and maintain A Book / B Book / hybrid hedging strategy framework; define risk exposure rules by client segment
- Set and dynamically manage client stop loss limits, position limits, margin call levels, and stop out parameters
- Monitor net platform exposure; identify and mitigate abusive trading behaviors (scalping, latency arbitrage, account manipulation)
- Execute institutional hedging operations to control overall market risk
- Produce and deliver daily risk reports; escalate material risk events to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years in CFD/FX brokerage, with 2+ years specifically in liquidity management or trading risk control
- Deep hands on knowledge of MT4/MT5 platform administration and bridge systems (PrimeXM, OneZero, etc.)
- Solid understanding of CFD product mechanics: FX, commodities, indices, crypto
- Strong grasp of A Book/B Book hedging models and position management methodologies
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- UAE or Middle East CFD/FX brokerage experience is a strong priority
- Familiarity with UAE CMA, FSCA, and Seychelles FSA regulatory risk control requirements
- Arabic language proficiency preferred
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency preferred (for effective coordination with Group HQ)
- CFA, FRM, or CMT certification preferred
- Direct LP relationship experience with Tier 1 providers (Finalto, IS Prime, etc.) preferred

Role Overview
- As a founding member of Zupernova's financial markets team, you will own the platform's liquidity connectivity and trading risk control framework from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
