- Develop innovative interior design concepts, mood boards, and design presentations
- Prepare space planning layouts, concept designs, and client presentations
- Produce detailed drawings, specifications, material schedules, and construction documentation
- Select finishes, furniture, lighting, fabrics, artwork, and accessories
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams
- Prepare high quality 3D visualizations and presentation materials
- Develop FF&E specifications, procurement packages, and material schedules
- Conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with brand standards and project objectives
- Stay up to date with global design trends and innovative materials
- Present design concepts and project updates to clients, consultants, and senior management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 10 years of experience in interior design for luxury hospitality, high end residential, or premium commercial projects
- Proven experience in hotels, resorts, and branded residences
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation, FF&E specifications, and material selection
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- A strong portfolio showcasing completed luxury interior design projects

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Head of Interior Design to lead the design function across luxury hospitality, residential, and commercial projects.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior design concepts, mood boards, and design presentations.
- Prepare space planning layouts, concept designs, and client presentations.
- Produce detailed drawings, specifications, material schedules, and construction documentation.
- Select finishes, furniture, lighting, fabrics, artwork, and accessories in line with project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams throughout all project phases.
- Prepare high quality 3D visualizations and presentation materials.
- Develop FF&E specifications, procurement packages, and material schedules.
- Conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with brand standards, project objectives, and quality requirements.
- Stay up to date with global design trends, innovative materials, and hospitality design concepts.
- Present design concepts and project updates to clients, consultants, and senior management.
Skills
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in interior design for luxury hospitality, high end residential, or premium commercial projects.
- Proven experience in hotels, resorts, and branded residences.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and architectural visualization software.
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation, FF&E specifications, material selection, finishing schedules, and technical detailing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating effectively with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate design concepts professionally.
- A strong Portfolio showcasing completed luxury interior design projects is mandatory.
