Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Growth based in Riyadh, with flexibility for partial remote work.
As the Head of Growth, you will oversee and execute strategies for customer acquisition, drive revenue growth, and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
You will lead growth marketing efforts, implement data-driven growth hacking techniques, and identify new opportunities to scale the business.
Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales processes and build strategic partnerships, ensuring the business continues its trajectory of high growth.

who doesn’t just “run campaigns” — but builds a
revenue engine

Your Mission
- Own and drive end-to-end growth
- :
- Generate high-quality leads (Google, LinkedIn, partnerships)
- Build high-converting funnels (landing pages, demos, CRM flows)
- Optimize conversion from lead → demo → paying client
- Work closely with sales to close high-value deals
- Reduce CAC, increase LTV, and scale MRR aggressively
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Designing and executing full-funnel growth strategy
- Managing paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Building and optimizing landing pages & conversion flows
- Creating irresistible offers and positioning
- Running rapid growth experiments weekly
- Owning key metrics: CAC, LTV, conversion rate, MRR
Who You Are
- Proven experience in
- SaaS growth (B2B preferred)
- **Strong in performance marketing + conversion optimization**
- **Deep understanding of sales funnels and closing mechanics**
- **Data-driven, fast executor, obsessed with results**
- **Comfortable working in a high-performance, high-expectation environment**
