Overview

Mission (First 6 Months In Ksa)

• You will be responsible for driving measurable growth outcomes with a strong focus on:
• Building a scalable and sustainable user base
• Increasing monthly revenue and booking volume
• Reducing customer acquisition costs and improving channel efficiency
• Validating product-market fit through rapid experimentation and iteration
• Driving repeat bookings and long-term customer retention

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end growth strategy (paid, organic, partnerships, referrals)
• Lead performance marketing and optimize CAC across all channels
• Design and optimize the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
• Build and manage a structured experimentation framework (A/B testing, cohort analysis, pricing and offer testing)
• Develop growth analytics frameworks to support data-driven decision-making
• Work closely with product, AI, and supply teams to improve conversion and user experience

Candidate Profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or growth product roles
• Proven track record of scaling consumer marketplace or travel platforms
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, funnel metrics, and growth experimentation
• Hands-on operator with strong execution capability, not only strategic experience
• Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups is highly preferred
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
