Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy
- Drive monthly sales and growth targets
- Manage, optimize, and analyze digital advertising campaigns
- Monitor and improve Customer Acquisition Cost (CPA)
- Oversee marketing content to ensure it supports sales objectives
- Manage influencer campaigns and measure their performance
- Analyze customer data and continuously improve the customer journey
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and identify market opportunities
- Build, lead, and develop the marketing team
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management
Requirements
