About the Role
BruntWork seeks a senior, execution-heavy Head of Growth to own revenue across Amazon, email, Shopify, retail, and social channels for a DTC brand. You will manage agencies, drive data-informed growth, and work directly with the co-founder.

Responsibilities
- Own MoM revenue growth on Amazon UAE, lead weekly strategy sessions with Amazon ads agency
- Oversee Klaviyo agency and creative designer; own campaign calendar strategy and review creatives
- Own Shopify as primary growth channel: launch products end to end, monitor SKU performance, run CRO initiatives
- Own retail sales growth across Instashop, Deliveroo, Noon Minutes, Supermall, Spinneys, Gold Apple
- Oversee social media agency across organic and paid content; track follower growth, engagement, and sales
- Advise on Google & Meta Ads campaign performance; take ownership of campaign creation for sales events
- Contribute market entry expertise for KSA launch in Q4 2026; coordinate Shopify store localization
- Present post campaign performance reports with clear learnings and next actions
Requirements
- Previously held a Head of Growth, Growth Director, or equivalent title
- 5+ years in e commerce growth with demonstrable revenue impact
- Experience working with or inside a DTC brand
- Proven track record of managing and holding external agencies accountable
- Experience launching into new markets; GCC experience strongly preferred
- Deep hands on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads
- Klaviyo expertise: flows, segmentation, campaign architecture
- Shopify expertise: product management, CRO, analytics, store operations
- Meta and Google Ads: can build, optimize, and report independently
- Strong data and analytical skills; comfortable with dashboards and analytics tools
- Actively uses AI tools in day to day work (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent)
- Highly organized and proactive communicator

What We Are Looking For

- Product Innovation Lead (direct report): new SKU development, bundle creation, launch coordination.
- Operations (direct report): stock levels, logistics, reorder planning.
- Amazon Agency: performance oversight and strategy alignment.
- Klaviyo Agency + Creative Designer: email campaign execution.
- Social Media Agency: organic and paid content oversight.
- Design & Development resources: Shopify and landing page work.
What Success Looks Like
- Meaningfully grow revenue across Shopify, Amazon, and retail in first year.
- Lay commercial foundation for KSA.
- Measured on MoM and YoY revenue growth, channel specific KPIs, agency management quality, successful KSA activation.
