Role Description

  • The Head of Growth is a full time, on site role based in Dubai and Calicut Kerala responsible for driving sustainable growth across IBN Group’s portfolio of companies.
  • This role involves developing and executing growth strategies, overseeing customer acquisition initiatives, and optimizing funnels from awareness to conversion.
  • The Head of Growth will collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to identify new opportunities, run data driven experiments, and improve performance across channels.
  • Day to day tasks include setting growth targets, analyzing metrics, refining campaigns, and leading cross functional projects to support revenue and market expansion.
  • The role also includes mentoring team members, managing budgets, and regularly reporting on results to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking skills, including experimentation, funnel optimization, and data driven decision making.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Customer Acquisition, performance marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Candidates should possess solid Sales and Business Development skills to build pipelines, nurture relationships, and close strategic opportunities.
  • Candidates should possess analytical skills, proficiency with growth and analytics tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, dashboards), and the ability to interpret data into actions.
  • Candidates should possess leadership experience, including managing cross functional teams, setting strategic direction, and driving execution.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse business units and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a senior growth, marketing, or commercial role, ideally in multi vertical or fast growing organizations, is highly beneficial.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
