A portfolio of innovative companies is seeking a Head of Growth & AI Marketing Operations to build and manage AI-powered marketing systems across multiple brands. You will design automated workflows, manage digital marketing channels, and coordinate external resources.

Responsibilities
- Design AI powered marketing workflows and build AI agents for marketing functions
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple businesses and build quarterly plans
- Execute SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and content strategy
- Build executive dashboards tracking lead sources, CAC, campaign revenue, and KPIs
- Design automation systems for report generation, content publishing, campaign scheduling, and CRM updates
- Manage external vendors and contractors including designers, copywriters, and SEO specialists
Requirements
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar)
- Experience with workflow automation (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar)
- Experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing attribution
- Experience with conversion optimization and dashboard creation
- Experience managing multiple brands is a significant asset

- Design systems that automatically generate reports, publish content, schedule campaigns, update CRM records, trigger email sequences, assign tasks, monitor marketing performance, and notify the team when KPIs fall outside target ranges
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate external resources including designers, copywriters, video editors, SEO specialists, PPC specialists, developers, freelancers, and agencies
What We're Looking For
