Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise sales: identify, develop, and close large enterprise and institutional accounts
- Manage full sales cycle from engagement to contract closure
- Collaborate with technical and solutions teams to define commercial and technical approach
- Build and maintain a strong revenue pipeline, accountable for forecasting and revenue closure
- Develop global channel and partner networks: recruit, onboard, and enable system integrators, resellers, and technology partners
- Represent Parkomax in client meetings, partner visits, industry events, and trade shows across GCC, APAC, Europe, and other markets
Requirements
- Proven experience closing six and seven figure deals in technology, ELV, security, parking, access control, smart buildings, or related sectors
- Strong experience selling to enterprise, government, institutional, or large multi stakeholder customers
- Ability to understand technical requirements and work with solutions teams to shape integrated proposals
- Experience building and managing channel partners, including system integrators, distributors, resellers, or technology partners
- Strong discipline in CRM usage, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting
- Confidence in leading client meetings, handling objections, negotiating commercially, and driving decisions
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with ability to create opportunities
- Target driven approach with strong focus on performance, growth, and results
- Willingness to travel regularly across regional and international markets
- Ability to be based in Dubai, UAE, or relocate to Dubai

Role Overview
- Parkomax is seeking an experienced and results driven Head of Global Sales & Partnerships to lead enterprise sales and international partner development.
- Parkomax develops parking, access, and visitor management technology through software platforms, hardware solutions, kiosks, payment terminals, and integrated systems.
- This is a leadership role focused on building revenue, strengthening market presence, and developing long term commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Enterprise Sales: identify, develop, and close large enterprise and institutional accounts including parking operators, municipalities, commercial real estate, airports, hospitals, malls, universities, and government entities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract closure.
- Work closely with the Solutions Team to understand client requirements and prepare value engineered proposals.
- Build a strong and predictable revenue pipeline, accountable for forecasting and revenue closure.
- Develop Global Channel and Partner Networks: recruit, onboard, and enable system integrators, resellers, consultants, and technology partners.
- Represent Parkomax in client meetings, partner visits, industry events, trade shows, and project discussions across GCC, APAC, Europe, and other priority markets.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience closing six and seven figure deals in technology, ELV, security, parking, access control, smart buildings, or related sectors.

- Experience in parking management systems, parking guidance, access control, visitor management, or entrance automation.
- Existing relationships with system integrators, consultants, parking operators, developers, or enterprise end users.
- Experience selling SaaS, platform based technology, or integrated hardware software solutions.
- Familiarity with LPR/ANPR, payment terminals, kiosks, ELV systems, or smart mobility solutions.
- Experience working across GCC or international markets.
