About the Role
CryptoDeposit.Org is seeking a Head of Fixed Income to lead the design and execution of fixed-income strategies within a stablecoin deposit framework. You will manage portfolio risk, set pricing, and coordinate with engineering and compliance teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, execution, and oversight of fixed income strategies within the stablecoin deposit framework
- Develop investment policies for tokenized fixed term bills
- Manage the fixed income portfolio's risk and return profile
- Coordinate with engineering and compliance teams to align protocol mechanics with fixed income market practices
- Monitor market conditions and interest rate environments, set pricing and yield curves
- Oversee trading activity related to stablecoin backed instruments and underlying reserves
- Build and refine analytical models
- Support conversations with institutional clients and risk committees
- Contribute to strategic decisions on liquidity management, maturity buckets, and reserve allocation
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Investment Management and Portfolio Management, with a focus on fixed income products
- Demonstrated experience in Investment Strategies and Investments, including structuring, pricing, and optimizing fixed term, fixed rate instruments
- Proficiency in Trading of fixed income and related digital assets
- Deep knowledge of fixed income markets, yield curves, duration, credit risk, and balance sheet implications
- Familiarity with digital assets, stablecoins, DeFi protocols, and the intersection of on chain finance with traditional fixed income products
- Experience working with or alongside compliance, risk, and treasury functions
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and modeling skills

Role Description
- The Head of Fixed Income will lead the design, execution, and oversight of fixed income strategies within CryptoDeposit.Org’s stablecoin deposit framework, ensuring that products align with institutional risk, regulatory expectations, and portfolio objectives.
- This full time remote role includes developing investment policies for tokenized fixed term bills, managing the fixed income portfolio’s risk and return profile, and coordinating with engineering and compliance teams to align protocol mechanics with fixed income market practices.
- The role involves monitoring market conditions and interest rate environments, setting pricing and yield curves, and overseeing trading activity related to stablecoin backed instruments and underlying reserves.

- Deep knowledge of fixed income markets, yield curves, duration, credit risk, and balance sheet implications for institutional portfolios.
- Familiarity with digital assets, stablecoins, DeFi protocols, and the intersection of on chain finance with traditional fixed income products.
- Experience working with or alongside compliance, risk, and treasury functions; understanding of KYC, KYB, and regulatory expectations for institutional investors.
