About the Role
Middle East Executive is seeking a Head of Finance for KSA to oversee all financial operations for a store network. The role involves financial strategy, retail financial operations, analytics, governance, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute financial strategy aligned with company's growth plans across KSA
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic re forecasting cycles
- Conduct ROI analyses for new store openings, remodels, and capital projects
- Oversee accounting, reporting, treasury, and cash management across stores and HQ
- Implement and monitor internal controls, ensuring compliance with IFRS, Zakat, VAT, and KSA regulations
- Drive cost controls, inventory management, pricing strategies, and margin enhancement
- Provide actionable financial insights and scenario modelling to support operations, marketing, and expansion decisions
- Monitor and report on key retail metrics (sales per store, same store sales, basket size, inventory turnover, shrinkage)
- Lead ERP integration/optimization, financial automation, and reporting enhancements
- Ensure robust governance of financial statements, audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance
- Liaise with internal & external auditors, financial institutions, regulators, and advisors
- Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and board packings
Requirements
- Professional finance qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA)
- 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5+ years in senior leadership within retail store sectors
- Hands on experience with retail financial operations: inventory, pricing, margin management
- Proven track record of budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, business partnering, and ERP implementation
- Deep understanding of KSA accounting regulations, VAT/Zakat, and statutory standards
- Proficiency in retail centric ERP systems (SAP S4 Hana)
- Expertise in digital finance transformation, analytics, and improved financial reporting
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

The Role
- The Head of Finance – KSA will oversee all financial operations for store network across KSA.
