Responsibilities
- Manage full accounting cycle, month end close, and management reporting
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Oversee treasury operations, banking relationships, and payment workflows
- Design and manage internal control framework and governance processes
- Coordinate audit and regulatory reporting support
- Manage vendor management and operational infrastructure
- Handle HR administration, onboarding, employee records and people operations
- Support executive and investor reporting
Requirements
- 6 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, and internal controls
- ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in fintech, asset management, financial services, fund administration, digital assets or another regulated environment
- Strong experience producing management accounts, budgets, and board level reporting
- Experience designing or managing internal control frameworks
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and modern accounting systems (Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or equivalent)
- Ability to operate independently in a fast moving startup environment

Role Overview
- SIQURE is a regulated digital finance platform operating across real world asset tokenisation, treasury infrastructure, AI driven asset management, and institutional digital asset markets.
- We are seeking a highly capable Head of Finance, Operations, Internal Controls & People to work directly with the CEO and take ownership of the company's finance, treasury, operational governance, internal controls, and people operations as we scale globally.
- This role is intended for experienced finance professionals from regulated financial services environments.
What You'll Own
- Full accounting cycle, month end close, and management reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Treasury operations, banking relationships, and payment workflows
- Internal control framework design and governance processes
- Audit coordination and regulatory reporting support
- Vendor management and operational infrastructure
- HR administration, onboarding, employee records and people operations
- Executive and investor reporting support
Mandatory Requirements
- 6 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, and internal controls
