Responsibilities
- Lead financial stewardship of the Group’s international entities, ensuring strong governance, compliance and control frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
- Oversee end to end international investment activities, including sourcing, evaluation, structuring, execution and post investment performance monitoring
- Develop and execute a forward looking financial and investment strategy aligned with the Group’s global growth and capital deployment objectives
- Manage capital allocation, treasury operations, liquidity planning and efficient deployment of funds across global businesses
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance with IFRS and applicable international regulatory standards
- Lead financial due diligence, risk assessment, and feasibility analysis for strategic investment opportunities across global markets
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving financial insights, transformation initiatives and value creation across the Group

Education, Experience & Skills
- Qualified FCA having Big 4 experience is mandatory.
