About the Role
People Dynamics seeks a Head of Finance to lead group consolidation, financial reporting, and budgeting for a company with local and international subsidiaries. The role requires overseeing the finance team, ensuring IFRS compliance, and managing external audits.

Responsibilities
- Prepare Group Consolidated Financials including translation of foreign subsidiaries for monthly reporting to management.
- Head the finance team to effectively manage finance functions of the company and its local subsidiaries.
- Review financials of local and international subsidiaries for correctness and IFRS compliance.
- Manage quarterly and yearly external reporting, annual budget preparation and comparison with actual.
- Handle all duties of Head of Finance including overall supervision of daily accounts (AP, GL, FA) in Oracle.
- Finalize monthly and quarterly reporting to management/Board.
- Finalize annual budget reporting to management and continuous monitoring of budget.
- Participate with external auditors in interim and annual audit.
- Work with State audit bureau on their ongoing audit requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (Major in Finance)
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA/ACCA)
- 5 10 years of experience in finance with complex group accounting and listed companies
- IFRS certification & knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Teamwork
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to maintain confidential information

Job Purpose
- Preparation of Group Consolidated Financials including translation of foreign subsidiaries for monthly reporting to management.
- Heading the finance team to effectively manage finance functions of the company and its Local Subsidiaries.
- Reviewing financials of Local and international subsidiaries for their correctness and compliance with IFRS.
- Manage Quarterly and yearly external reporting, Annual Budget Preparation & comparison with actual.
- Handling all duties of Head of Finance/ overall supervision of daily accounts – AP, GL, FA and all modules in Oracle.
- Finalizing monthly and Quarterly reporting to management/Board.
- Finalizing Annual Budget reporting to management and continuous monitoring of budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Group Consolidation (Subsidiaries, Associates, JV's and AFS).
- Ensuring IFRS compliance in consolidation & updating new standards into accounts.
- Reviewing Monthly Financial reports from Subsidiaries (IS & BS Reviews).
- Follow up with Subsidiaries to meet Financials & MIS deadlines.
- Providing Monthly Management reports to HQ GM for BOD reporting.
- Ensuring & Advising Subsidiaries on IFRS and Compliance.
- Quarterly reporting to QIA in prescribed format.
- Reviewing Investments while consolidation and ensuring their value is recorded correctly.
- Review & Approve of AP Function.
- Reviewing and Approving of Journal Vouchers for in house subsidiaries & the company.
- Review of AR and FA figures, Bank Reconciliations and other schedules.
- Finalize/Review monthly/Quarterly reporting to Management.
Education and Academics
- Bachelor of commerce (Major in Finance)
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA/ACCA)
- IFRS certification & Knowledge
Experience
- Minimum 5 10 years of experience in finance with handling of complex group accounting and listed companies.
