The Surpluss seeks a Head of Enterprise Sales to own the commercial pipeline across the GCC, converting strategic accounts into long-term contracts. The role requires 10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, a strong GCC network, and a track record of closing seven-figure deals.

Responsibilities
- Assume end to end ownership of enterprise pipeline across GCC from prospecting to contract execution
- Develop and execute account strategies for top tier targets across retail, hospitality, real estate, logistics, and industrial sectors
- Lead complex multi stakeholder commercial engagements with senior buyers including CFOs, COOs, CSOs, and Heads of Procurement
- Navigate regional procurement processes including vendor registration and local content requirements
- Scope technical deployments in collaboration with product function and translate platform capabilities into commercial value
- Embed on site with strategic accounts to shape deployments and close engagements
- Represent The Surpluss at industry forums, government convenings, and partner events
- Recruit and lead a small enterprise sales team in second year (subject to performance)
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience (minimum 8 years considered with leadership at growth stage tech company)
- Substantial portion of career based in or selling into the GCC
- Demonstrated track record of closing seven figure annual contracts with regional corporates, family conglomerates, or GREs
- Existing network of senior relationships across GCC enterprise market (non negotiable)
- Direct experience in sale of data, intelligence, analytics, or platform infrastructure products strongly preferred
- Valid UAE residency visa strongly preferred

Position Summary
- The Head of Enterprise Sales will own the commercial pipeline across the GCC and establish the enterprise sales function as a foundational pillar of regional growth.
- The role is a senior individual contributor for the first 12 months with progression to team leadership thereafter.
- Reports to Chief Strategy Officer with regular exposure to CEO and senior leadership.
