Role Overview

  • Head of Global Sales job based in Dubai within a fast growing B2B travel technology platform.
  • Senior commercial leadership role with full ownership of international enterprise sales outside India.
  • Covers partner acquisition, strategic growth, commercial performance, and senior stakeholder management across global markets.

The Role

  • Lead and grow strategic enterprise partnerships across global markets.
  • Drive the acquisition, onboarding, contracting and development of enterprise and distribution partners.
  • Own and deliver commercial targets — GMV growth, revenue contribution, and gross margin objectives.
  • Build and maintain senior level relationships with global and regional demand partners.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Supply, Finance and Leadership teams.
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on enterprise connectivity, API partnerships, and distribution technology.
  • Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnership models, and commercial initiatives.
  • Represent the business at global industry conferences, trade shows, and partner engagements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the enterprise sales and account management team.
  • Act as a senior ambassador for the business internally and externally.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 8 years of experience within a B2B sales role for a hotel distribution business.
  • Proven success in an enterprise sales, business development, or commercial leadership role.
  • Strong existing network across regional and global enterprise travel customers and distribution partners.
  • Established relationships across the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and/or Europe advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of travel distribution, travel technology ecosystems, API connectivity, and commercial optimisation.
  • Demonstrated success managing strategic commercial partnerships and delivering measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Previous people management and team leadership experience preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial, commercially driven, and motivated by growth and performance outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, high growth environment with a high degree of autonomy.
