A fast-growing B2B travel technology platform seeks a Head of Enterprise Sales to lead international enterprise sales outside India. The role involves driving partner acquisition, commercial performance, and strategic growth.

- Lead and grow strategic enterprise partnerships across global markets
- Drive the acquisition, onboarding, contracting and development of enterprise and distribution partners
- Own and deliver commercial targets — GMV growth, revenue contribution, and gross margin objectives
- Build and maintain senior level relationships with global and regional demand partners
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Supply, Finance and Leadership teams
- Act as the internal subject matter expert on enterprise connectivity, API partnerships, and distribution technology
- Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnership models, and commercial initiatives
- Represent the business at global industry conferences, trade shows, and partner engagements
- Lead, mentor, and develop the enterprise sales and account management team
- Act as a senior ambassador for the business internally and externally
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience within a B2B sales role for a hotel distribution business
- Proven success in an enterprise sales, business development, or commercial leadership role
- Strong existing network across regional and global enterprise travel customers and distribution partners
- Established relationships across the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and/or Europe advantageous
- Deep understanding of travel distribution, travel technology ecosystems, API connectivity, and commercial optimisation
- Demonstrated success managing strategic commercial partnerships and delivering measurable revenue growth
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Previous people management and team leadership experience preferred
- Entrepreneurial, commercially driven, and motivated by growth and performance outcomes
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced, high growth environment with a high degree of autonomy
