About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise digital strategy and multi year technology roadmap
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across clinical, operational, research, and commercial functions
- Lead the development and implementation of AI strategy and roadmap
- Oversee design and implementation of integrated digital health platform
- Develop and implement enterprise data strategies
- Lead innovation agenda and manage strategic partnerships
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and data privacy requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related discipline
- Minimum 12 years of experience in digital transformation, technology leadership, product management, or innovation roles
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing enterprise digital programmes and cross functional teams
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, digital health, precision medicine, or highly regulated industries strongly preferred

Job Purpose
- Define and execute IHLAD's enterprise digital strategy and innovation agenda.
- Lead development of digitally enabled, data driven ecosystem supporting clinical care, research, operations, and commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise digital strategy and multi year technology roadmap.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across all functions.
- Establish digital capabilities for precision health and preventative healthcare.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and define adoption strategies.
- Oversee delivery of multiple concurrent digital initiatives.
- Define and track KPIs and benefits realization measures.
- Build and develop high performing digital, data, and innovation teams.
- Lead design and implementation of integrated digital health platform.
- Develop digital products for patient engagement and clinical decision making.
- Lead AI strategy and roadmap, including generative AI and machine learning.
- Develop and implement enterprise data strategies.
- Lead innovation agenda and manage strategic partnerships.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related discipline.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, AI, Data Science, or related field preferred.
- Certifications in Digital Transformation, Product Management, Agile, Cloud Technologies, Data Management, or AI advantageous.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in digital transformation, technology leadership, product management, or innovation roles.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing enterprise digital programmes and cross functional teams.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, digital health, precision medicine, or highly regulated industries strongly preferred.
