Role Description
Oversee the design, development, and delivery of digital health products and platforms across the organization’s ecosystem.
This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with flexibility to work from home for part of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead development teams and define technical roadmaps.
- Coordinate with product, clinical, and operations stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
- Supervise research and development activities.
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Optimize development processes and improve product performance and user experience.
- Mentor team members, foster innovation, and contribute to strategic technology decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data, assessing technical options, and supporting evidence-based decisions.
- Demonstrated team leadership, team management, mentoring, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven research and development experience in digital health, healthcare technology, or related domains.
- Solid project management skills covering planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
