Responsibilities
- Lead research and development initiatives and oversee the design, evaluation, and improvement of service offerings.
- Manage development projects from concept through delivery, coordinating timelines, resources, and quality standards.
- Guide and mentor cross-functional teams while fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Analyze market trends, client feedback, and internal performance data to inform strategic development priorities and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess performance, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Demonstrated team management and team leadership capabilities.
- Proven research and development experience, including designing, testing, and refining service or process innovations.
- Effective project management skills to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver multiple development initiatives on time and within scope.
- Experience in consultancy, quality management, or surveillance services is ideal, particularly within the Middle East or similar regulatory environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business, quality management, or a related field.
- Track record of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
