TOPSOL Ventures is seeking an experienced Architect/Design Head to build and lead a new Architecture & Design Division. The role involves overseeing design strategy, project delivery, team development, client relationships, and business growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion
- Oversee design quality, technical coordination, and project delivery
- Manage design reviews, presentations, and client approvals
- Develop new business opportunities and client relationships
- Prepare proposals, fee submissions, and presentations
- Recruit, mentor, and manage architects, designers, and consultants
- Build a collaborative and high performance design culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 8 10 years of professional experience in architecture and design
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams
- Strong portfolio of completed projects across commercial, hospitality, retail, mixed use, entertainment, or leisure sectors
- Experience in the UAE/GCC market is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of local authority requirements and design approval processes
- Proficiency in industry standard design software and BIM workflows

Role Overview

Preferred Experience
