Head of Cybersecurity

Overview

Monthly Salary: SAR 35,000 (All-inclusive)

• About the Position
• We are looking for an experienced professional to take full ownership of our defensive security operations at Seleg Security.
• Working from our office on Corniche Road in the Al Hamra District, you will run our security operations center, build our threat mitigation frameworks, and protect our client and internal networks from data breaches.
• What you will be doing
• Set up the main information security policies and data protection rules for the company.
• Manage the SOC team to monitor, detect, and neutralize system threats and network vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across all active platforms.
• Take immediate command of forensics and recovery operations during any critical security incidents.
• Guide executive leadership on digital risk exposure, compliance requirements, and tech infrastructure spending.
• What we are looking for
• Between 8 to 12 years of real cybersecurity experience, including at least 3 years in a management or team lead role.
• Strong technical background with cloud security, network architecture, SIEM tools, and identity management.
• Active professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, or similar senior credentials.
• A degree in Cybersecurity or Computer Science, along with an active Saudi Council of Engineers registration.
