Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced **Head of Cybersecurity** to lead enterprise-wide security initiatives, oversee compliance frameworks, and align cybersecurity strategies with organizational goals.

This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver robust security programs that protect people, assets, and digital environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Cybersecurity Strategy**: Define and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity frameworks.
  • **Risk Management**: Identify cyber risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • **Compliance Oversight**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and global cybersecurity frameworks.
  • **Incident Response**: Lead investigations of security incidents and coordinate corrective actions.
  • **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of advanced security tools, AI-driven threat detection, and zero-trust architectures.
  • **Collaboration**: Partner with executives, IT teams, and regulators to align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives.
  • **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, security metrics, and compliance milestones.
  • **Team Leadership**: Mentor cybersecurity professionals and foster a culture of accountability and resilience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of **cybersecurity frameworks** and GCC regulatory environments.
  • Expertise in risk assessment, penetration testing, cloud security, and incident response.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in multinational or regional technology organizations preferred.
