We are seeking an experienced **Head of Cybersecurity** to lead our security strategy and ensure resilience against evolving cyber threats.
Role Overview
The **Head of Cybersecurity** will be responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity policies, overseeing risk management, and leading a team to protect IMI Equipment LLC’s digital assets.
This role requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s cybersecurity strategy.
- Lead the cybersecurity team in monitoring, detecting, and responding to threats.
- Oversee risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regional regulations.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate security into operations.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new security technologies.
- Provide training and awareness programs for staff.
- Report regularly to senior management on cybersecurity posture and risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security, and data protection.
- Experience with SIEM tools, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Proven track record in incident response and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to QAR55,000.00 per month
