Job Overview
Aoun-Ye Org is seeking a highly experienced and strategic **Head of Cybersecurity** to lead the organization’s cybersecurity operations and information protection initiatives.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in cyber defense, risk management, and security governance.
The Head of Cybersecurity will be responsible for safeguarding digital assets, developing security strategies, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and frameworks.
- Oversee threat monitoring, incident response, and risk management activities.
- Ensure the protection of systems, networks, and organizational data.
- Conduct security assessments, audits, and vulnerability management.
- Collaborate with IT and leadership teams to strengthen security posture.
- Manage cybersecurity tools, vendors, and operational resources.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and best practices.
- Lead cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives.
- Monitor emerging threats and recommend proactive security measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity leadership or information security management roles.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
