Role Overview
- The Head of Cricket plays a leading role in shaping an ambitious, inclusive and high performing cricket programme that inspires students to develop confidence, resilience, discipline, leadership and teamwork through sport.
- Working closely with the Director of Sport and wider PE team, the Head of Cricket provides strategic leadership for all aspects of cricket across the College.
- The role is central to delivering exceptional sporting experiences that contribute meaningfully to the College’s Character Development Activities (CDA) programme and wider school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee participation pathways, performance development, coaching standards, fixtures, staffing and programme growth.
- Lead a culture of excellence and enjoyment, ensuring students of all abilities are supported, challenged and inspired to fulfil their potential both on and off the field.
