Claymoo is looking for a Head of Creative to own ad creative end-to-end, including strategy, formats, and results.

You’ll report to the CEO and work daily with both founders, having genuine authority from day one.

You’ll set the creative direction, diagnose ad performance from data, and invent repeatable creative structures.

You’ll direct the makers and own the creator program’s content, coaching creators on formats that convert.

You set the creative direction. You decide what we test, in what order, and why.
You diagnose from the data. We hold every ad to a hard cost-per-acquisition target.
You invent formats, not one-off ads.
You direct the makers. You brief and review our graphic designer, our creators, and freelancers.
You’re measured on results. More profitable ads, more often, against our acquisition target.
