About the Role
Ellis-Wake Legal Recruitment seeks a Head of Corporate/Commercial Law for a senior role in Saudi Arabia/UAE. The ideal candidate is a Common Law qualified lawyer with at least 6 years' experience in corporate and commercial law, including M&A, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

- Support cross border transactions involving international investors and multinational corporations
- Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted legal advisor to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Common Law / England Wales qualified lawyer
- Minimum 6 years' experience in corporate and commercial law
- At least 2 years on the ground in the Middle East
- Experience in M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, and corporate governance
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Arabic language skills highly desirable

Role Overview
