About the Role
Manifest Global is seeking a Head of Consumer Content and Audience Strategy to build and lead a centralized content organization across four education brands (Cialfo, BridgeU, Kaaiser, Explore).

Responsibilities
- Develop audience strategy across students and parents globally, grounded in research
- Define and execute distinct content strategies for each brand (Cialfo, BridgeU, Kaaiser, Explore)
- Own content across every channel and format: social media, video, editorial, email, community platforms, events
- Design and operate a centralized content function structured as an internal agency
- Build systems for quality consistency and production scalability: planning frameworks, editorial calendars, quality control
- Use AI actively across content production and distribution workflow
- Build strategies that move students and parents from awareness to genuine advocacy
- Own content strategy across the full audience lifecycle: awareness, consideration, evaluation, conversion, retention, advocacy
Requirements
- Ten or more years in content, consumer marketing, editorial, community, or audience growth leadership
- Track record of building consumer facing brands that people actively trust
- Experience leading content teams at scale and managing multi channel content ecosystems
- Understanding of audience psychology, especially for students and parents in international education
- Genuine storyteller with operational discipline to run a function at scale
- Enthusiastic about AI as a content and distribution tool
