About the Role
Striwak Logistics Services seeks a Head of Commercial & Operations to lead B2B sales and operational execution in the Oil & Gas sector in Doha. The role requires 10-15 years of freight forwarding experience with a proven track record in Qatar/GCC energy logistics.

Responsibilities
- Actively hunt, prospect, and secure new high value B2B corporate accounts in Oil & Gas, energy, and petrochemical industries in Qatar
- Design and execute localized sales strategies to achieve branch gross profit baseline of QAR 320,000 monthly
- Structure competitive quotations and lead contract/tender negotiations for regional freight forwarding, land transport, project cargo, and maritime logistics
- Oversee day to day operations of logistics desk, ensuring coordination across pricing, customs clearance, and industrial fleet coordinators
- Manage specialized logistics for energy sector including Dangerous Goods handling, project cargo, and transport coordination to industrial zones
- Ensure team alignment with SOPs, industrial gate pass procurement, and safety compliance standards
- Collaborate with Finance and Admin to maintain credit terms, contract billing, and capital management
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Customs regulations, port authorities, and regional freight standards
Requirements
- Minimum 10 15 years of proven experience in freight forwarding, shipping lines, or supply chain logistics
- At least 5+ years in a senior commercial leadership role with verifiable track record in Qatar/GCC Oil & Gas logistics sector
- Deep technical understanding of local customs procedures, energy sector documentation, pricing matrix structures, and industrial fleet management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Must currently reside in Qatar, possess valid Qatar Driver's License, and hold transferable working visa with NOC

- Seeking a high caliber, dynamic Head of Commercial & Operations to lead the team in Doha.
- This is a dual track leadership role splitting focus between B2B sales hunting in energy sector and driving operational execution efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively hunt, prospect, and secure new high value B2B corporate accounts in Oil & Gas, energy, and petrochemical industries in Qatar.
- Design and execute localized sales strategies to achieve branch gross profit baseline of QAR 320,000 monthly.
- Structure competitive quotations and lead contract/tender negotiations for regional freight forwarding, land transport, project cargo, and maritime logistics.
- Build, mentor, and drive a target oriented commercial sales pipeline.
- Oversee and optimize day to day operations of logistics desk, ensuring seamless coordination across pricing, customs clearance, and industrial fleet coordinators.
