Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Classifieds & Services vertical
- Drive revenue growth through new business development and strategic account management
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Lead and develop a high performing commercial team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and strategic partners
- Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to execute integrated campaigns across digital channels
- Work closely with Product and Technology teams to continuously improve the marketplace experience
- Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Oversee client onboarding, commercial operations, and CRM activities
- Prepare business plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for senior leadership
- Ensure operational excellence while delivering sustainable business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in business development, commercial leadership, sales, or digital marketplaces
- Proven experience managing revenue growth and commercial performance
- Strong understanding of online marketplaces, classifieds, digital platforms, or e commerce
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen with analytical and problem solving abilities
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
- Experience within Saudi Arabia or the GCC market is highly desirable

Role Overview
- We are seeking a commercially minded and entrepreneurial Head of Classifieds & Services to lead the strategy, growth, and commercial performance of one of our core business verticals.
- Reporting directly to the Country Manager, this leadership role will be responsible for growing revenue, expanding market share, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a high performing team.
- You will work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Content, and Customer Success to build a best in class digital marketplace for Saudi Arabia.
