Role Overview

  • We are seeking a commercially minded and entrepreneurial Head of Classifieds & Services to lead the strategy, growth, and commercial performance of one of our core business verticals.
  • Reporting directly to the Country Manager, this leadership role will be responsible for growing revenue, expanding market share, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a high performing team.
  • You will work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Content, and Customer Success to build a best in class digital marketplace for Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Classifieds & Services vertical.
  • Drive revenue growth through new business development and strategic account management.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Lead and develop a high performing commercial team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to execute integrated campaigns across digital channels.
  • Work closely with Product and Technology teams to continuously improve the marketplace experience.
  • Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Oversee client onboarding, commercial operations, and CRM activities.
  • Prepare business plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for senior leadership.
  • Ensure operational excellence while delivering sustainable business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, commercial leadership, sales, or digital marketplaces.
  • Proven experience managing revenue growth and commercial performance.
  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces, classifieds, digital platforms, or e commerce.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
  • Experience within Saudi Arabia or the GCC market is highly desirable.
