About the Role

Requirements
- 7+ years of prior work in business development, sales, or sales engineering, preferably in technology, internet, and e commerce sectors
- Experience successfully leading and developing a team of direct and indirect reports
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers
- 5+ years of sales team management experience (preferred)
- Experience in e commerce (preferred)
- Experience with data analysis including advanced Excel and database analysis (preferred)

DESCRIPTION
- Amazon is looking for a head of seller services to join its Third Party Marketplace team based in Dubai, UAE.
- Your role will focus on managing a team and contributing to new business acquisition through lead generation and supporting the business scale up of existing sellers.
Key job responsibilities
- Monitor industry trends and developing insights around customer needs
- Strategically manage your program to reach objectives, owning the P&L for your business area and brands

- Become an expert on your Program with the aim of driving business improvements, innovation, and scale

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of prior work in business development, sales, or sales engineering, preferably in the technology, internet and e commerce sectors
- Experience in business development, sales, or sales engineering
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
- Experience successfully leading and developing a team of direct and indirect reports
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of sales team management experience
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience
- Experience in sales team management
- Experience in e commerce
- Experience with data analysis (including advanced Excel and database analysis)
