- Develop and execute business products strategy across SME, Commercial, and Corporate client segments
- Conceive, develop, and launch innovative financial services products and solutions
- Own end to end product lifecycle including ideation, market assessment, business case development, implementation, launch, monitoring, and enhancement
- Drive product profitability through pricing strategies, portfolio optimization, and P&L management
- Lead digitization of business products and services to improve customer experience and operational effectiveness
- Ensure all products comply with CBUAE regulations and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Business Development, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Marketing teams
- Provide strategic leadership and mentor a high performing product management team
Requirements
- 12 15 years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, Corporate Financial Services, or related functions within a regulated financial institution
- Proven track record of developing, launching, and managing financial services products for SME and Corporate customers
- Demonstrated success in driving product innovation, digital transformation, and portfolio growth
- Experience leading cross functional teams and managing complex product portfolios
- Strong understanding of the UAE financial services landscape and regulatory environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
- Professional certifications in Product Management, Financial Services, Risk Management, or related disciplines advantageous

Summary
- The Head of Business Products will be responsible for developing, delivering, and enhancing the full suite of Corporate and SME financial services products and solutions.
Major Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the business products strategy across SME, Commercial, and Corporate client segments
- Conceive, develop, and launch innovative financial services products and solutions
- Own the end to end product lifecycle
- Develop short and long term product roadmaps
- Drive product profitability through pricing strategies, portfolio optimization, and P&L management
- Identify opportunities for new revenue streams and strategic partnerships
- Monitor UAE and GCC market trends and competitor offerings
- Ensure all products comply with CBUAE regulations
- Lead digitization of business products and services
- Drive innovation across customer onboarding, financing solutions, payments, collections, and digital self service
- Collaborate with Business Development, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Marketing teams
- Maintain a robust governance framework for business products and services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
- Professional certifications in Product Management, Financial Services, Risk Management, or related disciplines advantageous
Experience
- 12 15 years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, Corporate Financial Services, or related functions within a regulated financial institution
- Proven track record of developing, launching, and managing financial services products for SME and Corporate customers
- Demonstrated success in driving product innovation, digital transformation, and portfolio growth
- Experience leading cross functional teams and managing complex product portfolios
- Strong understanding of the UAE financial services landscape and regulatory environment
