- Build strong client relationships across industries including Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering, Hospitality, Logistics, FMCG, and more
- Handle client meetings, proposals, commercial negotiations, and contract renewals
- Coordinate manpower mobilization and deployment in line with client requirements
- Ensure compliance with KSA labor laws and operational standards
- Manage vendors, suppliers, and support service providers
- Prepare regular business and operational reports for management

- Strong experience in recruitment/manpower outsourcing industry
- Proven business development and client acquisition skills in KSA/GCC
- Good understanding of Saudi labor regulations and manpower operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage branch operations independently
