- Serve as senior District representative across the Middle East, engaging senior military, government, and industry stakeholders
- Develop and execute unified District strategy aligned with Middle East priorities
- Own district quota and sales performance, including pipeline development and order intake
- Provide strategic direction and coordination for Country Business Development Leads
- Oversee cross functional coordination across Business Development, Government Relations, Program Management, Legal, Contracts, etc.
- Ensure successful execution of active district opportunities
- Build and maintain disciplined district pipeline and stakeholder engagement strategy
- Develop and manage district partnerships, resellers, and strategic industry relationships
- Identify and mitigate political, procurement, operational, and strategic risks across the district
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in defense, military operations, business development, capture management, or international government relations
- Deep technical and operational understanding of Shield AI systems (V BAT, Hivemind, X BAT)
- Proven experience operating in the Middle East defense market

Job Description
- The Head of Business Development, Middle East serves as senior District leader.
- Responsible for driving integrated District strategy, sales growth, and program sales execution across multiple priority markets (excluding Saudi Arabia).
- Retains a sales quota for the district.
What you'll do
- Serve as Shield AI’s senior District representative across the Middle East.
- Develop and execute a unified District strategy aligned with priorities in Middle East.
- Own district quota and sales performance, including pipeline development, forecast accuracy, order intake.
- Provide strategic direction and coordination for Country Business Development Leads.
- Drive business growth across Shield AI’s product portfolio (V BAT, X BAT, ViDAR, Hivemind).
- Oversee cross functional coordination across Business Development, Government Relations, Program Management, Legal, Contracts, PX, Marketing and Customer Operations.
- Ensure successful execution of active district opportunities.
- Build and maintain a disciplined, data driven district pipeline and stakeholder engagement strategy.
- Develop and manage district partnerships, resellers, and strategic industry relationships.
- Identify and mitigate political, procurement, operational, and strategic risks across the district.
Required qualifications
- Typically requires 10+ years of experience in defence, military operations, business development, capture management, or international government relations.
- Deep technical and operational understanding of Shield AI systems and technologies.
- Proven experience operating in the Middle East defense market.
