Position Overview

  • Position: Head of Business Development
  • Location: Dubai
  • We are looking for a dynamic and innovative player in the IT industry dedicated to delivering cutting edge solutions and services.
  • The Head of Business Development will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of exceptional solutions and services.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry players, vendors, and collaborators.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance on client engagement, proposal development, and negotiation strategies.
  • Drive revenue generation through effective lead generation, proposal submissions, and successful closure of deals.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on business development activities, performance metrics, and market trends to the executive team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development within the IT industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
