About the Role
ClearSplit is seeking a Head of Business Development to own the full sales pipeline, from prospecting to close, for its AI-native financial infrastructure for short-term rental businesses.

Responsibilities
- Own the pipeline end to end: prospecting, discovery, demo, close
- Sell to STR operators and property managers across UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, and Europe
- Build the PMS partnership channel (Hostaway live; Guesty, Avantio, etc.)
- Represent ClearSplit at STR industry events worldwide and turn presence into pipeline
- Write the playbook: scripts, objection handling, qualification framework for future BDR team
- Feed product team with customer insights to shape roadmap
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales/BD with a track record of consistently hitting or beating quota
- Experience selling into SMB or mid market with short sales cycles
- Experience with real outbound sales, not just inbound leads
- Comfortable operating without a playbook, marketing team, or brand recognition
- Full commercial autonomy to run a deal from cold to signature alone
- Domain knowledge in short term rentals, hospitality tech, proptech, or fintech (strongly preferred)
- Experience in the GCC market and/or existing network among property managers (strongly preferred)
- Experience as an early commercial hire at a startup (strongly preferred)

- Building toward seed round; founding team combines operator credibility with deep technical and product experience.
