Responsibilities
- Oversee the end to end strategy, development, and operation of the automotive marketplace platform.
- Define product vision and roadmap, coordinating with engineering, design, and operations teams.
- Monitor platform performance and user satisfaction.
- Manage partnerships with dealers and service providers.
- Drive growth initiatives and align platform features with market needs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team, establish data driven processes, and continuously improve platform reliability, scalability, and revenue performance.
Requirements
- Experience in marketplace or platform management, with a strong background in product strategy, roadmap ownership, and cross functional coordination.
- Proven leadership skills, including team management, stakeholder communication, and ability to build high performing teams.
- Solid understanding of the automotive sector, including dealer operations, vehicle lifecycle, and customer journeys.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with experience using data and metrics to guide decisions.
- Background in technology driven businesses, with familiarity in digital products, platform architectures, and working with engineering and design teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent leadership experience is a plus.
- Ability to work on site in the Riyadh Region and operate in a fast paced environment.

Role Description
- The Head of Automotive Marketplace Platform is a full time, on site leadership role based in the Riyadh Region.
