As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a visionary **Head of AI & Machine Learning** to lead our AI initiatives and drive transformative solutions.
Role Overview
The **Head of AI & Machine Learning** will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s AI strategy, overseeing research and development, and leading a team of data scientists and engineers.
This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI & ML strategies across the organization.
- Lead research and development of AI-driven automotive and mobility solutions.
- Oversee data collection, modeling, and deployment of machine learning systems.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to integrate AI solutions.
- Ensure scalability, security, and ethical use of AI technologies.
- Evaluate emerging AI trends and recommend adoption strategies.
- Build and mentor a high-performing AI & ML team.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on AI initiatives and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred).
- 8–10 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong knowledge of data engineering, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and big data tools.
- Experience with computer vision, natural language processing, or predictive analytics.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
