Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative operations and ensure efficient support to all business functions
- Manage office services, facilities, and vendor relationships
- Establish and maintain administrative policies, procedures, and documentation
- Coordinate budgeting and cost control activities with finance teams
- Monitor invoicing and payment workflows
- Support accurate record keeping for audits and compliance
- Lead and develop administrative staff
- Optimize workflows and reporting
- Collaborate with senior leadership to improve operational efficiency and support growth
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, improve processes, and support strategic decision making
- Experience in finance and budgeting, including planning, forecasting, and cost control in an administrative or operations context
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices relevant to administrative operations
- Proficiency in invoicing processes, vendor management, and documentation workflows
- Proven experience in administration or operations management, ideally within FMCG, food industries, or a related sector
- Ability to lead and develop diverse teams, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Comfort with MS Office and common ERP or financial systems; ability to learn new tools quickly
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced certification or degree is a plus
