Responsibilities
- Source apartments, villas and residential buildings suitable for professional management
- Build relationships with property owners, developers, investors and brokers
- Create new business opportunities through networking, referrals and strategic partnerships
- Conduct professional presentations and client meetings
- Negotiate and secure Holiday Home Management Agreements, Long Term Property Management Agreements, Revenue Share Partnerships, and other contracts
- Analyze market demand, occupancy trends, revenue potential, and commercial viability of opportunities
- Monitor Dubai property trends, holiday home market performance, and competitor activity
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience within Dubai's real estate, hospitality, property management or business development sectors
- Strong business development and negotiation experience
- Existing network of property owners, developers, brokers or investors is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- UAE Driving Licence preferred
- RERA certification is advantageous but not essential

About The Role
- As Head of Acquisitions & Partnerships, you will become one of the key leaders within our company. Your responsibility is to identify, negotiate and secure profitable management opportunities throughout Dubai while developing lasting relationships with property owners, developers, investors, family
Your Responsibilities
- Source apartments, villas and residential buildings suitable for professional management.
- Build relationships with property owners, developers, investors and brokers.
- Create new business opportunities through networking, referrals and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct professional presentations and client meetings.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Negotiate and secure Holiday Home Management Agreements, Long Term Property Management Agreements, Revenue Share Partnerships, Exclusive Building Management Contracts, Developer Partnerships, and Institutional & Corporate Accommodation Partnerships.
- Analyze market demand, occupancy trends, revenue potential, owner objectives, commercial viability, and long term profitability.
- Monitor Dubai property trends, holiday home market performance, new developments, investment opportunities, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience within Dubai's real estate, hospitality, property management or business development sectors.
- Strong business development and negotiation experience.
- Existing network of property owners, developers, brokers or investors is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial and financial awareness.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- UAE Driving Licence preferred.
- Own vehicle preferred.
- RERA certification is advantageous but not essential.
