About the Role
Mada Al Saudia for Trading & Development is seeking a Head of Accounting to manage the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, and team leadership. The role requires expertise in ERP systems, VAT, and AI tools for data analysis, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting cycle and monthly/yearly closings
- Prepare and review trial balance and financial statements
- Monitor customer and supplier accounts and collections
- Prepare bank reconciliations and review shipping and e payment accounts
- Oversee inventory, returns, damaged goods, and product costing
- Review e commerce sales and cash on delivery transactions
- Prepare profitability, cash flow, and aging reports
- Review VAT and e invoicing compliance
- Develop internal control procedures to reduce errors and discrepancies
- Manage the accounting team, distribute tasks, and monitor performance
- Prepare clear and simplified financial reports for senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 5 years of experience, including supervisory role
- Experience in trading, distribution, or e commerce companies
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI preferred
- Knowledge of VAT and e invoicing in Saudi Arabia
- Ability to prepare financial statements and analytical reports

المهام الرئيسية
- إدارة الدورة المحاسبية والإقفالات الشهرية والسنوية.
- إعداد ومراجعة ميزان المراجعة والقوائم المالية.
- متابعة حسابات العملاء والموردين والتحصيلات.
- إعداد التسويات البنكية ومراجعة حسابات شركات الشحن والدفع الإلكتروني.
- الرقابة على المخزون والمرتجعات والتالف وتكلفة المنتجات.
- مراجعة مبيعات المتجر الإلكتروني وعمليات الدفع عند الاستلام.
- إعداد تقارير الربحية والتدفقات النقدية وأعمار الديون.
- مراجعة ضريبة القيمة المضافة والفوترة الإلكترونية.
- تطوير إجراءات الرقابة الداخلية وتقليل الأخطاء والفروقات.
- إدارة فريق الحسابات وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة الأداء.
- إعداد تقارير مالية واضحة ومبسطة للإدارة العليا.
المتطلبات
- بكالوريوس محاسبة أو مالية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، منها خبرة في منصب إشرافي.
- خبرة في الشركات التجارية أو التوزيع أو التجارة الإلكترونية.
- إجادة أحد أنظمة ERP مثل Odoo أو SAP أو Oracle أو Microsoft Dynamics أو ما يعادلها.
- إجادة متقدمة لبرنامج Microsoft Excel، ويفضل إجادة Power BI.
- خبرة في المخزون والتكلفة والمبيعات والمرتجعات والتحصيل.
- معرفة جيدة بضريبة القيمة المضافة والفوترة الإلكترونية في السعودية.
- القدرة على إعداد القوائم المالية والتقارير التحليلية.
- الدقة والالتزام والسرعة والقدرة على حل المشكلات.
مهارات الذكاء الاصطناعي المطلوبة
- استخدام ChatGPT أو أدوات ذكاء اصطناعي مشابهة في تحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير.
- الاستفادة من الذكاء الاصطناعي في اكتشاف الفروقات والأخطاء.
- أتمتة التقارير والمهام المحاسبية المتكررة.
- تحويل البيانات المالية إلى مؤشرات واضحة تدعم اتخاذ القرار.
- القدرة على إعداد لوحات متابعة باستخدام Excel أو Power BI.
