Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and evaluate the nursing staff; manage schedules and shift distributions efficiently.
- Oversee the delivery of clinical nursing services (such as IV infusions, blood sampling, and vital signs monitoring) ensuring top tier patient care.
- Monitor and manage clinical inventory, medical supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure full compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and strict infection control guidelines.
- Act as the primary liaison between physicians, management, and the nursing team to streamline operations.
- Resolve patient complaints promptly and manage clinical emergencies effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Valid license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Minimum of 2 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory nursing role (Head Nurse / Charge Nurse) within a medical center or hospital.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong asset).
