About the Role
Lead the complete HR function across the Rahane Group, which operates in real estate, finance, IT, and media.
The position is based in Sector 96, Noida and requires 5–8 years of experience.
HR Strategy and Leadership
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner strategically with the founder, directors, and senior management.
- Build scalable HR systems, processes, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and a performance-oriented culture.
Talent and Performance
- Lead recruitment across junior, middle, senior, critical, and leadership levels.
- Develop hiring strategies for financial services, stock market, and real estate teams.
- Design KPI/KRA-based performance systems and manage appraisals, promotions, increments, incentives, and performance improvement plans.
Engagement and Development
- Improve employee engagement, motivation, and retention while analyzing attrition.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
- Identify training needs and develop onboarding, induction, leadership development, and career progression initiatives.
