Previous experience in a Head Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager, or similar leadership role within hospitality.

Strong people management and team development skills.

Proven experience managing budgets, stock control, and labour costs.

Excellent organisational and planning abilities with strong attention to detail.

Sound knowledge of health & safety, COSHH, and housekeeping best practices.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Flexibility to work according to the needs of the business.
